HOW TO BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE:

To bring a new friend for free and make the most of this fantastic offer, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Buy your class: Sign up for any of our exercise classes here.
  2. Email us: Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
    • Your friend’s name
    • Your friend’s email address
    • The class you and your friend will be attending

Our friendly team will take care of the rest. We’ll confirm your friend’s spot in the class, and you’ll both be all set to enjoy a great workout together.
