I attended both Pialtes and Boxing and absolutely loved both classes. The instructors are great, the venue is gorgeous and the people are very welcoming, I loved the small group training and the shower facilities were lovely and clean. I am going to buy a package and start going every day to all the classes, I am hooked. Next up is Warrior and Core power for me, cannot wait to try it.Posted on Valentine FOURNIERTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have nothing but great things to say about Three Two Run. The facilities are brilliant - showers are new and clean. Sarah is an amazing trainer and makes the sessions varied, interesting and most importantly effective. I have also done a number of group boxing sessions with Richard which are a great work out and also fun (he is very patient with complete novices). Overall this is a great place to train and I will continue to be a customer.Posted on Hannah JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been looking for somewhere new to take part in exercise classes and this looks like a fantastic facility. I wondered if you offered the option of monthly memberships and whether you might plan to introduce pilates to your class schedule please?Posted on Helen @ EAintroductionsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Looks like this is a fab place to work out and keep fit with a supportive community!Posted on Rebecca SentanceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been going to boxing classes with Richard at Three Two Run for several months now and it's become something I look forward to every week. I really enjoy the small class sizes and individual attention - Rich will always help you to hone your technique and he'll push you to do better every time. It's a great workout, companionable and lots of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try. The classes with Richard are really accessible even if you're not that confident in your fitness or are just getting into boxing, because you'll learn really quickly and get loads of attention, advice and support to improve. It's hard work and it's totally worth it! I have to give a nod to the studio, too, which is a great location, a really nice facility and the showers on site are great. Come to boxing at Three Two Run! You won't regret it.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
