Learn the importance of stretching with our stretch and unwind class taught from our boutique studio in London Bridge

This deep stretch class focuses on unlocking flexibility and relieving muscle tension. By dedicating just 30 minutes to stretching, you’ll improve your range of motion, posture, and reduce the risk of injury. You’ll also target built-up tension from the day, helping to release stiffness and discomfort.

What you will work on in stretch class: 

In this session, we’ll cover key stretching techniques, mobility exercises, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretches. We’ll focus on areas prone to tightness, like the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, while also addressing posture correction and working on areas you feel a need to stretch. Whether you’re looking to ease pain or simply unwind, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and restored, and ready to take on our more strenuous classes, like circuits or HIIT!

You like Stretch but don't Like Yoga classes?

If you like the idea of stretching but not a fan of yoga this is the class for you!

So often we know we need to stretch but the only classes we know where we can do this is in a Yoga class. If you are like me and not a fan of slow mono tone voice of the constant chat through yoga, and find yourself going through all these poses that feel pointless to you then this stretch class or Pilates are the classes for you. 

 

Working on your stretch and flexibility in a calm environment learning how to stretch properly so you can go away and stretch on your own. This class will also give you the opportunity to unwind after a long day and let your body relax. With relaxing music, calm instruction, an incredible exercise studio and views across London’s Skyline. You could not ask for me with classes starting from just £10.

Knowing the importance of sports rehabilitation and stretching I have created Rehab. Taking inspiration from Pilates, Sports Rehabilitation exercises and stretch. A class that uses resistance bands and stretching to help work on the smaller muscle groups that help support our bodies but often get neglected in our usual workout routines.

These classes are in close proximity to London Bridge, Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars station. One of the only boutique class based gyms of its kind in the SE1 area. With our master trainers and bespoke fitness class tailored to your goals. 

Getting to class: 

Blackfriars station on the District Line: A short walk from the station across the bridge. 

Southwark station: Just 3 minutes walk, around the corner from The Hoxton.

Waterloo station: 6 minutes walk, or get off at Waterloo East which is just a few minutes from the studio.

London Bridge station: 8 minute walk from the station.

Elephant and Castle: A short walk or jump on the bus.

With a modern, welcoming vibe, the space is fully equipped for your convenience, including showers and fresh towels for after class, so you can leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Stretch & Unwind Class FAQs

This class helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, enhance mobility, and promotes a healthier posture, leaving ready to conquer our other classes.

No prior experience is needed! Our Stretch & Unwind classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities, posture and mobility goals.

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our Stretch & Unwind classes last 30 minutes. This includes a warm up first to ease into the session, before undertaking the class and then winding down at the end.
