Small group training is a great way to enjoy 1:1 style coaching within the affordability of a small class setting. With just 3–5 people on average per class, we are able to devote more attention to you and your individual goals.

Nothing fully replaces personal training if that is what you are looking for. However, our small group training offers fantastic sessions without the overwhelm of large class sizes. This creates a more comfortable, focused training environment. You’ll benefit from plenty of individual guidance, ensuring your training remains personal to you — your goals, your progress, and your technique.

Our priority is making sure you receive the attention and support you need to develop your training, improve your technique, and continue progressing with confidence.

Every class is designed to be challenging, enjoyable, and suitable for all levels. With just 3–5 people per session, you’ll receive personalised guidance throughout your workout. Classes include a warm-up, focused training blocks, and a cool-down, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and pushed at the right level.

Not at all. Our small group training classes in London Bridge are open to everyone — whether you’re completely new to exercise or already active. We provide clear instructions and adjustments so you can train at your own pace while still getting a great workout!

We offer a wide variety of small group training classes to suit all fitness levels and goals. Choose from boxing, stretch, Pilates-inspired, weights and more.
