AB BLAST  – SHORT, SHARP AND INTENSE AB WORKOUT

If ever there was a HIIT workout for your abs this is it! A short 30-minute class designed to go hand in hand with Warrior, Boxing and Body Blast! Test yourself and book in for a double class!

BODY BLAST – THREE TWO RUN’S PERSONAL HIIT CLASS

A body weight, HIIT style class, designed to burn the maximum calories as you work through your entire body. This class will test your stamina, push your cardio and improve your strength, pushing you to your limits.

  • This enables you a fully tailored exercise class experience. 
  • Choose the classes that work for you. 

How It Works

  • We schedule the timetable so you can select a ‘cardio workout’ alongside an ‘ab or core’ workout. 

For example, choose Warrior, followed by Abs for the ultimate one hour all over body workout. Warrior will get your heart racing, followed by Abs will keep you burning fat for longer whilst toning your Abs.
