Three Two Run, London's boutique fitness classes in the heart of Central London, just minutes from Southwark Station, SE1. This beautiful studio is Located on the top floor, overlooking London's incredible skyline. The classes are carefully designed to get you burning optimum calories whilst toning and conditioning your body. Fitness class programmes change each week, with new times and dates being added so be sure to check back for new classes or follow on Instagram @32.run.

Our class programmes are designed to give you everything you need from your workout programme. From speed and endurance, to stretch, strength training and posture focused workouts to help improve your day to day life. Every 6 weeks the class programmes change to help you get the most from your workout routine.

 

Body Blast – Fitness Class

A high impact class designed to burn the maximum calories as we work through the entire body. This class will test your stamina, push your cardio and improve your strength. A body weight class that will push you to your limits.

Think Jumps, Squats, Lunges, advanced core techniques! Race against the clock or go at your own pace. Whether you are new to fitness or training for your next marathon this class has you covered!

 

Circuits – Fitness Class

Melt away unwanted body fat in this high calorie burning circuit class. Have fun, burn fat, whilst getting fitter and stronger!

 

Core Power – Fitness Class

Get ready to see your six pack with this low impact ab and core workout.

 

Abs & Stretch – Fitness Class

If ever there was a HIIT workout for your abs this is it! Crunches, Bicycles, Scissors, you name it we have it, this workout will set your abs on fire! Followed by a deep stretch, teaching you the importance of stretching and how to stretch effectively. Having dedicated time set aside to help you stretch will help you improve your range of motion, improve your posture, help prevent injuries and loosen off any built up tension from the day.

 

Weights! – Fitness Class

An all over body workout using dumbbells, focusing in on compound movements and isolations.Improve your posture and strength as we superset everything the Three Two Run way!

 

Health and Fitness Hub – Fitness Class

A free drop in session where you can stop by to discuss your health and fitness. Talk about how you can create new habits and improve your daily well being by forming new habits and making improvements to your health and fitness regime. Whether you are new to fitness or a fully fledged pro come and say hello!

 

Warrior – Fitness Class

A 30-minute high intensity, low impact class, switching between cardio and weights! Race against the clock or complete it in your own time. This all over body workout will keep your heart pumping whilst giving your body the ultimate shape and sculpt. Improve your strength, power and speed becoming the true Warrior.

 

Stretch & Unwind! – Fitness Class

Know you need to stretch but not sure where to start or perhaps you never have the motivation to do it on your own? This is the class for you! Stretching can help support a healthy lifestyle, reduce the risk of sports injuries, increase mobility, range of motion and flexibility. Stretching will help improve your flexibility, increase range of motion and help prevent the risk of injury. In this class you will learn stretching techniques and mobility.

Stretch and unwind with this 30-minute class dedicated to unlocking that built up muscle tension, relieving muscle pain. In this class you will learn stretching techniques, mobility and PNF Stretching. Focusing in on areas of concern and posture correction.

 

Rehab – Fitness Class

A low intensity class with a relaxed pace, built around prehab and rehabilitation exercises.
This is a great way to ease your way into exercise, with attention to detail focusing on time under tension, resistance bands, mobility, stretching and stability exercises. This workout will home in on any areas of concerns you have, strengthen your knees, core and improve your posture.

 

Posture Correction – Fitness Class

Transform your posture with our targeted correction workouts using weights, resistance bands, and TRX designed to strengthen and realign your body. Experience the benefits of improved posture, from reduced pain to increased confidence. Join us and unlock the path to better health and vitality through our expert-led workouts

 

Boxing Express

A short, fast, 30 minute workout ideal for fitting in to your lunch hour whilst learning boxing techniques from one of the best boxing coaches in London. Raising your heart rate and burning fat whilst improving your coordination and fitness, in a warm and welcoming environment. Suitable for all levels of boxing and fitness from complete beginners to more experienced boxing fanatics. A class not to be missed with our guest instructor, two time common wealth boxing champion and professional athlete.

Please bring your own boxing gloves to class.

If you are new to class and need to borrow gloves please let us know in advance and we will reserve some gloves for you.

Fitness Classes London Venue – Southwark, SE1

All classes take place in the very lovely Working From class studio. Situated on the 12th floor with sash windows and views overlooking London’s skyline and the Shard. A fantastic, inviting setting with showers and sweat towels.

You do not need to be a member of Working From_ to attend the classes. If you are visiting the venue for classes please let the reception know you have arrived and they will show you up to the 12th floor. Please note the cafe is for Working From_ members only and we regret you will not be able to sit in the cafe afterwards. You are however welcome to grab a post workout take away.

Getting to class

The closest station to class is Southwark tube station, being just a two minute walk to class. The studio is also easily located from Waterloo East, London Bridge Station, Blackfriars Mainline Station and Waterloo.

Cancelling and Changing your fitness Class

Should you need to cancel your class please login to your membership portal in which you are provided on signing up to a class. Here you will be able to login to classes and reschedule as required. Due to the bespoke small classes we run we require 72 hours to cancel or reschedule your class otherwise unfortunately the class credit will be lost.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND A FITNESS CLASS?

We recommend and encourage you to attend our fitness classes regulary – at least 3-5 times each week. So you can reap the full benefits, and achieve desirable outcomes in your fitness journey.

 

CAN I JUST SHOW UP TO CLASS OR DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

To ensure your spot in our fun fitness classes, we kindly request that you make your booking at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.

 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO A FITNESS CLASS?

Yes, we would be thrilled to have your friends join us for fitness classes! Just make sure they book their spot beforehand to secure their place in our popular classes.

 

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND CLASSES?

A membership is not a requirement to participate in our invigorating fitness classes. We warmly welcome anyone and everyone to join us for a dynamic workout session!

 

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SWEAT TOWEL TO CLASS?

We take hygiene seriously at our studio, which is why we make sure to provide clean sweat towels for all of our clients. You can rest easy knowing you don’t have to bring your own towel – we’ve got you covered.

 

CAN I HAVE A SHOWER AT THE VENUE?

After an invigorating workout, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of a refreshing shower to wash away the sweat and refresh your spirit. So, please enjoy the luxury of post-workout cleanliness with a shower at our venue. Along with convenient changing rooms, ensuring your privacy and comfort.

 

SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY FITNESS CLASS EARLY?

We kindly request that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled fitness class. This will allow you ample time to check in, get settled, and prepare yourself mentally and physically for the workout ahead.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIND THE CLASS STUDIO?

Classes are held in the spacious and well-equipped 12th Floor studio, situated within The Working From building. This premier location offers easy accessibility as it is conveniently connected to the Hoxton building. If it’s your first class with us, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
