Fitness Classes
We understand that plans can change, and you might need to adjust your fitness class schedule. Due to the personalised nature of our small group training classes, we ask that you provide a 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your class. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our sessions and ensure that all members have the opportunity to participate in the classes they desire.
If you do not cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, the class credit will unfortunately be forfeited.

Personal Training Sessions
For all Personal Training sessions booked we hold a strict 48-hour notice period to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled outside of this timeframe will be considered a late cancellation and charged in full. To cancel your session please contact Sarah directly or email [email protected].
