Getting into exercise and a routine can sometimes feel daunting. You might feel unsure about where to begin or what will work for you. I understand that, and I’m here to help you out. My goal is to simplify the process and make exercising accessible and effective.

 

I’ve created a variety of  free workout videos for you to choose from. By trying out different routines, you’ll be able to find the one that suits you best. Just select the workout you’d like to try and run or walk to your favourite location. Then, complete your THREE exercises THREE times. Once you’re done, simply run or walk back home — and don’t forget to stretch afterwards!

With this approach, you’ll be on your way to achieving your fitness goals — all in a realistic and manageable way.

Getting in shape can be both challenging and rewarding. That’s why, for two weeks, I’d love to invite you to join me on a fitness journey that’s all about feeling energised, refreshed, and proud of what your body can do!

Here’s how it works:

Every day, aim to move for at least 20 minutes. Start with a jog or walk to your favourite spot, then choose one of the exercises from the list above. If you’re feeling up for it, try mixing in 2–3 of the workouts for a bit more of a challenge. Just make sure you’re stretching before and after to stay injury-free.

 

To help you stay on track, tag me on Instagram so I can cheer you on! I’ll be keeping an eye out to support you through your 14-day challenge — just tag me on day 1 and we’re off.
