Free Workout Videos Created With You In Mind

Getting into exercise and a routine can sometimes feel daunting. You might feel unsure about where to begin or what will work for you. At Three Two Run, we understand and we’re here to help you out. Our goal is to simplify the process and make exercising accessible and effective. We offer a variety of free workout videos that you can choose from. By trying out different routines, you’ll be able to find the one that suits you best. Select the workout you would like to try and run or walk to your favourite location. Then, complete your THREE exercises THREE times. Once you’re done, simply run or walk back home, and don’t forget to stretch afterwards! With this approach, you’ll be on your way towards achieving your fitness goals. All in a realistic and manageable way.

Try Sarah’s 14 day Workout Challenge!

Getting in shape can be both challenging and rewarding. That’s why, for two weeks, we’d like to invite you to join us on a fitness journey that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed! Here’s what you need to do: every day, make sure to exercise for at least 20 minutes. You can start by taking a nice jog to your favourite location, and then choose your favourite exercise from our list above. If you’re feeling particularly motivated, try incorporating 2-3 of our suggested workouts into your daily run for an extra challenge. But don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout to avoid injury!

To help keep you on track, please tag us on Instagram so we can cheer you on. We’ll even keep you accountable for your 14-day challenge – just tag us on day 1! Remember, exercise is always best in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet. So why not take some before and after photos, and share your progress with us on Instagram and Youtube?
