This 10 minute plank workout for flat abs is the best way to tone your abs and strengthen your core. The routine consists of three variations of the plank exercise:
- Standard plank
- Walk outs
- Knee tucks
These three exercises should be completed three times for a full set.
For an added challenge you can use an optional foam roller. A roller will force your muscles to tense and work harder.
