Elevate your fitness journey with our circuit fitness classes near London Bridge. These high-energy circuit classes combine strength training, weights, cardio and abs and core exercises into a 45 minute circuit class. 

 

Move between each station where you have a different exercise to do, working to time or reps. There will be between 6 and 8 exercises per circuit which you repeat three times. The classes change each week and month to ensure you get the most from your workout routine. 

 

During class, you will receive modifications to suit your fitness level where needed. Helping you achieve your goals in an engaging and supportive fitness environment.

These classes are in close proximity to London Bridge, Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars station. One of the only boutique class based gyms of its kind in the SE1 area. With our master trainers and bespoke fitness class tailored to your goals.

 

Getting to class: 

Blackfriars station on the District Line: A short walk from the station across the bridge. 

 

Southwark station: Just 3 minutes walk, around the corner from The Hoxton.

 

Waterloo station: 6 minutes walk, or get off at Waterloo East which is just a few minutes from the studio.

 

London Bridge station: 8 minute walk from the station.

 

Elephant and Castle: A short walk or jump on the bus.

About the class studio for circuit training

The classes are held in our studio just three minutes from Southwark station. Situated in this incredible, light and airy studio over looking London. A refreshing upgrade to your usual rugged boxing studio! Equipped with showers and towels.

Our circuit fitness classes provide a full-body workout, improving cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance. Our classes also have a lot of variety, preventing workout boredom and helping target different muscle groups.

 

No prior experience is needed! Our circuit fitness classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities.

 

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Most circuit fitness classes last 45 minutes. This includes a warm-up, a circuit workout, and a cool-down period.

Yes, we have different types of circuit classes targeting weight loss, muscle building, cardio improvement, or overall fitness.
