Boxing Course FAQs
If I cannot make a session from course what should I do?
If you cannot make a session from your course we invite you to let your instructor Richard know. Sadly we are unable to offer replacement classes or refunds for any course classes missed due to the small group training.
Are the boxing classes open to men and women?
All of our boxing classes are open to both men and women of all ages and abilities. We welcome everyone to boxing with a warm friendly environment for people to learn how to box, develop their technique make new friends, and get fitter!
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! With just 6 people on the course with 2 spaces reserved for drop in classes you will have lots of 121 time with your boxing coach. This allows him to tailor what you need from beginners, to those with more experience.
What if I have some boxing experience already?
No problems at all, these classes are ideal for you. Small group training, with lots of 121 time with your coach. You will always learn something new from Richard Williams!
Can I do two courses at the same time?
Yes! The more you train the better you get. You can absolutely come along to both the morning course and the evening course no problems at all. The boxing courses roll on every 5 weeks so be sure to sign up ahead so you don’t miss your opportunity to sign up to the next course. You can also do drop ins to supplement your main boxing course as well if you would like. For example if you sign up to the morning boxing class, you could do drop ins as you want to fit in extra training to the evening course.
Can I reschedule a drop in class?
We hold a 36 hour cancellation policy on drop in classes, if you need to reschedule just let us know and you can sign in to the next available class. This is different to the courses which are sadly non refundable should you miss a class, due to the small group nature being reserved for just 6 people.
