Rehab, is a low-intensity exercise class designed by Three Two Run targeting the smaller muscle groups that often get neglected not only in our workouts but day to day lives.

This is the perfect class to ease you back into exercise after a sports injury or alongside your current fitness regime in order to help prevent injury. Whatever your goals this is a class you MUST have in your weekly exercise routine.

This low-intensity class is designed with a relaxed pace, focusing on prehab and rehabilitation exercises to help strengthen the smaller muscle groups that often get neglected in our day to day exercising. By strengthening these muscles you help support the bigger muscle groups and in turn helps prevent injury and aids recovery from injuries.

Rehab Fitness Class FAQs

No prior experience is needed! Our Rehab Fitness classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities, and for whatever your goals may be.

 

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our Rehab Fitness classes last for 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, then low-impact, and a cool-down period.
