Core Power Class FAQs

This core power workout boosts strength, stability, and muscle definition, helping you build more sculpted core, and overall body strength, supporting nearly every movement you make.

 

No prior experience is needed! Core Power classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. I can tailor our workouts for different abilities and fitness goals.

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Core Power Fitness classes last 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, intense drills to engage and strengthen your core, and a cool-down period.
