No prior experience is needed! Our low-impact weights classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities and fitness goals.

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our low-impact weights classes last 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, followed by the structured weight class, and a cool-down period to loosen up before ending the session.
