Ab Blast classes help strengthen your core, improve posture, and support overall stability. It’s a focused, high-impact session designed to tone and tighten your midsection in a short amount of time.

No prior experience is needed! Ab Blast sessions accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities.

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our Abs Blast class last 30 minutes, and includes both a warm-up and a cool-down period.
