Book a 30 minute class during your lunch hour or do a full body work out with two classes back to back.

How It Works

  • We schedule the timetable so you can select a ‘cardio workout’ alongside an ‘ab or core’ workout.

 

For example, choose Warrior, followed by Abs for the ultimate one hour all over body workout. Warrior will get your heart racing, followed by Abs will keep you burning fat for longer whilst toning your Abs.
