I have had many trainers in the past and Sarah is one of my favourites! After a few months of moving to London in 2024, my training/weight goal hit a stall. Nothing was changing, until I met Sarah. I can summarise why I like training and stick with her for the following reasons:

 

  • Sarah cares about your goals: Sarah is the only trainer who sat down with me, discussed my personal goals, and how we can support the goals before our first training. The reason I use “we” here is that this journey requires both me and Sarah’s dedication. From my diet, to when to eat what, nutrition guidance, and what exercise we pursue, etc, these are the important factors that will impact the results.
  • Sarah’s amazing gym studio: I am a very awkward person in public gym. The fact that Sarah has her own space is a big plus. You can truly be who you are and just two of you. No need to worry about others’ watching/judging and we pick our playlist each time too. It is very relaxing. Her gym studio is on the top floor of an office building with breathtaking views.
  • Sarah tracks your progress: Sarah will track and push you harder when you can. She always encouraged me to go further, while also correcting my poster and making sure every pose we did was correct.
  • Sarah knows when to stop: unlike some trainers, Sarah will stop and adjust training based on my reaction. For instance, there was once I felt “something weird” in my left shoulder, she immediately stopped, checked how I was doing, and adjusted the session so I wouldn’t injure myself. I have had a trainer who does not care and will ask me to keep going.
  • Sarah is not pushy: when I first met Sarah, I was not sure if I wanted to work out with her at her studio. When asked if I could visit the studio for 5 minutes, she invited me to a boxing class at her gym with a two-time national champion, for free! The studio is great and she did not chase me to sign up with her. It is all natural interaction – if you like it, you can sign up, if not, that’s ok.

 

To sum up, I am glad I ran into Sarah and started training with her towards the end of 2024. I finally achieved my goal weight and now we are focusing on building more muscle, and I cannot wait for my next picture session. Cheers to Sarah!

Helping people hit their fitness goals is honestly one of the best parts of what I do. Whether someone’s recovering from an injury, trying to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel more confident in the gym, I love being part of that journey.

 

That’s why the first consultation is so important. It gives me a chance to really get to know each person… how they think, what keeps them motivated, what kind of training they enjoy, and what might get in their way. All of that helps me put together a plan that actually works for them.

 

We keep things on track with regular check-ins and before-and-after photos at the start of each new package. But it’s never just about the physical changes, it’s about building confidence, healthy habits, and a mindset that lasts!

Your Body Transformation Journey

You will have a full consulation before you embark in personal training, this will allow me to determine what the right direction is for you and what package is right for you. 

You need to be training a minimum of three times a week, with 10k steps a day. To really achieve your goals most people need to be looking at three personal training sessions and two additional training sessions in some form. These sessions will be guided by me to help you on your body transformation journey. 

Yes, diet is everything! I will look at your diet with you and help guide you as to the right diet for your goals.
