What should I bring to my weights & cardio class?
You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.
How long is a typical weights & cardio training class?
Our Warrior classes last for 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, then seamless switches between cardio and weights, and a cool-down period.
Are there specific Warrior classes for different fitness goals?
