Warrior Weights & Cardio FAQs

Combining weights and cardio in a workout boosts calorie burn, builds lean muscle, enhances endurance, and improves overall body composition for a stronger, leaner physique. Check out my clients’ body transformations here.

No prior experience is needed! Our Warrior classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities.

 

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our Warrior classes last for 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, then seamless switches between cardio and weights, and a cool-down period.

While the common target is strength cardio and shape, we can provide a tailored session for you based on your primary goals.
