Reformer Pilates is lots of fun with all the gimmicks and machines but I highly advise starting with the traditional Pilates class to build your skill and technique. Pilates gives you the perfect foundation to aid your day-to-day functions. Building your core strength with Pilates techniques, you can continue at home.

Pilates Class FAQs

Pilates improves strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness while promoting relaxation and injury prevention through controlled, mindful movement.

No prior experience is needed! Our Pilates classes accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can provide plenty of personalised 1-2-1 time for different abilities.

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable trainers and workout clothes (and an extra layer).

Our Pilates classes last for 30 minutes. This includes a warm-up, followed by exercises dedicated to focusing your breathing and realigning posture, ending with a cool-down period.
