Rehab & Recovery Fitness Classes Near London Bridge
The ideal class for new starters or those recovering from injury
This low-intensity class is designed with a relaxed pace, focusing on prehab and rehabilitation exercises to help strengthen the smaller muscle groups that often get neglected in our day to day exercising. Helping strengthen these muscles helps support the bigger muscle groups and in turn helps prevent injury.
With a specialism in sports injury prevention and recovery, we will focus on rehabilitation exercises using stability exercises and exercise bands. Working on areas of the body that you need to strengthen and improve.
This is the perfect class to ease you back into exercise after a sports injury or alongside your current fitness regime in order to help prevent injury. Whatever your goals this is a class you MUST have in your weekly exercise routine.
The class places a strong emphasis on controlled movements, with special attention to time under tension, resistance band work, mobility drills, and stability exercises. Each session targets key areas of the body such as posture correction, knee stability and strengthening exercises, back rehab and hip flexibility ensuring a balanced approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation. Looking at areas you also want to target in your class.
The class program rotates regularly to keep things fresh and engaging, while always maintaining a focus on recovery, injury prevention, and functional movement.
If you like this class you might also like to try stretch, abs and Core Power. Stretching is a great way to prevent injury and improve mobility.
