Our circuit fitness classes provide a full-body workout, improving cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance. Our classes also have a lot of variety, preventing workout boredom and helping target different muscle groups.

 

No prior experience is needed! Our Abs Blast sessions accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We can tailor our workouts for different abilities.

 

You should bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please also wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers.

Our Abs Blast class last 30 minutes, and includes both a warm-up and a cool-down period.

Yes, we have different types of circuit classes targeting weight loss, muscle building, cardio improvement, or overall fitness.
