- Strength - We will look at the key lifts and movement quality, doing a fitness test at the beginning of your PT package so we can see the progress made.
- Before and after photos! Such a great way to see how your body is changing
- Body Measurements (Optional) I will ask you to weigh yourself at the beginning of our package together so we can check our progress
- Consistency and habits. We are in this together, and your goals are important to me! I will help you stay consistent and build new healthier habits
- Food diary, for those who want it we can look at your diet and how best to reach your goals
