“I had a great experience with a personal trainer from Three Two Run. I took over 10 sessions, and the workouts were progressive yet challenging. They also have cool small group classes. I love the pace, and it’s a great place to train. Compared to other gyms, Three Two Run made me stay the course because the program was specific to my needs, which were initially to improve stamina and lose weight. The classes can be challenging, and my core might hate me, but my abs are always worked after a session. I feel good and look good for it! My goal now is to improve my strength and gain muscle in my arms.”
