ABS BLAST  – SHORT, SHARP AND INTENSE AB WORKOUT

If ever there was a HIIT workout for your abs this is it! Crunches, bicycles, scissors, you name it we have it. This workout will set your abs on fire! A short 30-minute class designed to go hand in hand with Warrior, Boxing and Body Blast! Test yourself and book in for a double class!

BODY BLAST – THREE TWO RUN’S PERSONAL HIIT CLASS

A body weight, HIIT style class, designed to burn the maximum calories as you work through your entire body. This class will test your stamina, push your cardio and improve your strength, pushing you to your limits.

Think Jumps, Squats, Lunges, and advanced core techniques! Race against the clock or go at your own pace. Whether you are new to fitness or training for your next marathon, this class has you covered!

BOXING EXPRESS – 30 MINUTES OF BOXING FITNESS

A short, fast, 30-minute workout ideal for fitting into your lunch hour. Learn boxing techniques from one of the best boxing coaches in London. Raising your heart rate and burning fat whilst improving your coordination and fitness in a warm and welcoming environment. Suitable for all levels of boxing and fitness. A class not to be missed with our guest head coach, two-time Commonwealth boxing champion and professional athlete.

BOXING CLASS – 45 MINUTES OF BOXING skill

This is an extended class of 45 minutes allowing more time for technique and stamina.

Like Boxing Express you will learn boxing techniques whilst getting fit, improving your coordination and increasing your strength and stamina. Suitable for all levels of boxing and fitness from complete beginners to advanced.

CIRCUITS – Circuit Training for all fitness Levels

Melt away unwanted body fat in this high-calorie burning circuit class. Using TRX, Bands, Weights, Body weight, and fitness apparatus. Working around the room, or in your own circuit space depending on the class programme. Have fun and burn fat, whilst getting fitter and stronger!

A 30-minute high-intensity, low-impact class, switching between cardio and weights! Race against the clock or complete it in your own time. This all-over body workout will keep your heart pumping whilst giving your body the ultimate shape and sculpt. Improve your strength, power and speed becoming a true Warrior.

STRETCH & UNWIND – IMPROVE YOUR FLEXIBILITY

This deep stretch class will help you understand the importance of stretching and how to stretch effectively. Having dedicated time set aside to help you stretch will help you improve your range of motion, improve your posture, help prevent injuries and loosen off any built-up tension from the day. Stretch and unwind with this 30-minute class dedicated to unlocking that built-up muscle tension, and relieving muscle pain. In this class, you will learn stretching techniques, mobility and PNF Stretching. Focusing on areas of concern and posture correction.

REHAB – Exercise Rehabilitation FITNESS CLASS

A low-intensity class with a relaxed pace, built around prehab and rehabilitation exercises.
This is a great way to ease your way into exercise, with attention to detail focusing on time under tension, resistance bands, mobility, stretching and stability exercises. Class programmes rotate with an emphasis on posture as well as rehab.

PILATES  – WORKING ON BREATHING AND POSTURE CORRECTION

This Pilates class is a low-impact, stress-free class. Working on breathing techniques and posture re-alignment. This is perfect for any level and fitness capabilities. With this small bespoke class, you will have plenty of 1-2-1 time with your teacher to help you realign your body. This is NOT a strenuous class in the traditional sense, please bring layered clothing.

Classes cover everything from HIIT training, weights classes, core strength and ab workouts. Not to mention our master trainers teaching Pilates and Boxing! Housed in the beautiful boutique fitness studio with easy access from Blackfriars, London Bridge, Waterloo, SE1.

TRANSPORT LINKS

The closest station to class is Southwark tube station, being just a two minute walk to class. The studio is also easily located from Waterloo East, London Bridge Station, Blackfriars Mainline Station and Waterloo Station.

 

The studio is housed in the Working From_ building on the 12th floor, this connects to the Hoxton building and can be found situated around the corner opposite the church. The reception staff will show you to the 12th floor via the lift. Check out our Instagram for videos on how to find if you get lost. 

 

Please note the cafe is for Working From_ members only and we regret you will not be able to sit in the cafe afterwards. You are however welcome to grab a post-workout takeaway.
